The Ph.D. Workshop on HW accelerators for AI and HPC organized by our partners from UNIPI was held online.
The invited speakers, professors J. Labarta (Polytechnic University of Catalonia and BSC) and J. Gustafson (National University of Singapore), presented the emerging trends in the field of HW processors and accelerators for artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC). Professors M. Cococcioni, F. Marcelloni and S. Saponara discussed the research in progress at Doctoral Schools in Information Engineering and in Smart Industry.
